Corporate Accounting
Separate from the fund accounting provided by Fund Administration, our Corporate Accounting team will provide your management company with all of your day-to-day books and records, account payables and receivables.
We will establish banking relationships, create a budget for your company, and coordinate billing and collections for separately managed accounts and third party marketing arrangements. We also provide you with the cash flow analysis necessary to forecast your capital commitments.
In essence, Conifer becomes your Chief Financial Officer.
Highlights of our service include:

• Maintain financial accounts of general partner, investment manager and related management company entities
• Manage treasury functions for all entities
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes
• Maintain partners’ capital accounts
• Coordination of management fee receipts and performance allocations with Fund Services Group
• Supply quarterly summary financial statements of P&L including budget vs. actual reporting where applicable
• Maintain and file state net capital reports where applicable
• Coordination with outside accountants for tax and audit preparation
