Client Service
Our Client Service team develops deep partnerships with our clients. This experienced team, streamlined processes and technology work seamlessly to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Our Client Service Representatives are an seasoned group of professionals who have worked at leading prime brokers, and have an average 10+ years of in-depth and practical industry experience. They are the central point of contact with respect to daily business operations including, but not limited to, trade operations, margin financing, global market access and portfolio accounting.

Client Service also focuses on relationship management and acts as a portal in to the full breadth of the Conifer platform, product offerings and people. They facilitate solutions to business and operational issues, including helping our clients implement best practices, manage operating risk and address specific business issues.

Every Conifer client is assigned a dedicated client service person who is accountable, proactive, knowledgeable and client-focused. They are your partner and an extension of your own team.

Technology
We provide flexible, customized reports and data files to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of information to clients. Conifer delivers reports seamlessly via the web, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, allowing clients to track and view portfolio data by multiple criteria.

Conifer’s robust reporting package includes portfolio accounting, valuation, performance, attribution, order management, real-time P&L, prime brokerage and consolidated multi-prime brokerage reports.
Security of our clients’ information is of paramount importance at Conifer. We have installed leading edge encryption technologies, a secure log-in process and a comprehensive disaster recovery plan.

Securities Lending
Conifer prime broker clients are provided access to the Securities Lending desks of J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp and/or Pershing LLC. We also act as your agent, interacting with other prime brokers that you work with.

SMA Platform
Instead of investing directly into a manager’s “commingled” fund, asset owners are increasingly opting to invest in separately managed accounts (SMA’s).

Conifer recognizes that the needs of the asset owner are different from those of a typical hedge fund. We understand those needs and has created customized solutions to address them. Our SMA platform delivers seamless operations from a financing, custody, stock loan, reconciliation, accounting and reporting perspective.

Multi Prime
Conifer is unique in its ability to offer and seamlessly support an agnostic, genuine multiple prime broker/custodian service
